Preschools and nurseries in Pune

Most Pune children go playgroup → nursery → Junior KG → Senior KG → Class 1. New rules: under a Maharashtra school education department resolution reported on 16 October 2026, minimum ages are being phased in: nursery 3 years from 2027-28, Junior KG 4 from 2028-29, Senior KG 5 from 2029-30 and Class 1 6 from 2030-31. Age will be counted as on 30 June instead of 31 December, school heads can relax it by up to 15 days, and children already enrolled in 2026-27 are not affected. Below are the preschools that appear most across current Pune listings, with the areas where they have branches. Fees and branches change, so visit and confirm before admission.
